"Elder Time Poems" is a collective of poems written by the little ones of The Lost Forest.
Laying amid the fallen trees

in the forest underside

hides a spiderweb moon

near the ocean's amber tide

'Tis hidden in the undergrowth

and only seen by few

come along, hold my hand

and I'll show this moon to you

The hand of such a wee folk

is more difficult to hold

though I take the hand in mine

in promise of spiderweb gold

The walk is long and mossy ridden

snapping softly 'neath my toes

the wee folk pull my arm along

and with it my body also goes

The beauty of the night

falls in wonder all around me

I am shrinking down to wee size

delighted now in what I see

The golden light of upper moon

shines through a moonlit weave

I stand in awe with wee folk

In a world I now believe

Spinners of the finest threads

are wee folk 'neath the moon

they work beside Saphronia

on this moonlit night in June

A dress of finest golds is

presented shyly to my hands

I am awed by love and beauty

and the wee folks of this land
