Seeing things in a new light

I’ve been in a lot of events
I’ve seen people come and go
I have problems, so does everyone
I have voter syndrome
I have skelliosis
I have extra female organs
I have dyslexia
I have emotional disturbance
All of these physical symptoms
Do not define me
They do not become me
You can call them obstacles
I will call them part of my purpose
These things…it doesn’t mean
I will go unscathed
It doesn’t mean the road
Will be paved for me
It’s an everyday fight
To punch through the pain
Pain does not define you
Pain only shapes you
What you choose to do
With that pain, is what defines you

This goes for life in general too
I see people dragging themselves
To go to work
If you don’t like what you do,
Change it
Change the outlook
I know there are asses out there
Cussing in your face
Purposely wrecking the place
Just for you to smile
And happily serve
But there is something good
Out of what you do
Or you wouldn’t be doing it
Be glad of your circumstance
You will not be in one place forever
So try to change where your at
Find something good out of what you do
Chances are, you will move one way or the other
You could be promoted to a better circumstance in which you love and or have never even dreamed of
Or, you could be promoted to having nothing at all, and then you will have been grateful for what you had, and not have

God put something in everyone’s heart
To do on this earth
It is our job to pursue this, no matter our emotion of the circumstance
If we have enough passion, emotion will not be an obstacle; our emotion will drive us with the Holy Spirit to do what needs to be done
Some people may ask how to get this passion, or even to know what they are pursuing
I think the answer to these questions is…
Everything comes in God’s time
But at the same time, we must search the answers in Him, we must pray, and we must step into what our Spirit and heart tells us is right.
It may take years, it may take days.
But every second counts in the walls of us sheep, because time shapes those who are desperate; God quenches those who are thirsty
But you can only be quenched if you are thirsty
You can only be directed if you are moving
There is a saying “you can’t force a horse to drink from the pond”
I think this applies to Christians as well. “You can’t force a sheep to drink His Holy water”
