This poem describes parent's feelings of happiness at the time of their child birth.
Today is the day you'll always remember, the greatest in anyone's life,

to start off with just two people, the mother and her child.

A dream, as fresh as the early dawn, with moments to feel and cherish,

like a timeless experience, an essence to relish.

A glorious new beginning, a path full of endless smiles,

along the lines, with love in your eyes, walk the miles.

Safe and sound inside, a descendant of god, growing everyday an inch, like a grapevine,

pushing and twisting, pampered a little, to remind you of its presence, as if on a cloud nine.

Very weary, very demanding, very painful, the route may seem,

every muscle may learn to ache supreme.

But how blessed you know, the creation within you,

from the love so deep and profound, amongst you.

The touch of its little fingers with its half-closed eyes and its soft head on your hand,

an unspeakable moment of treasure, like a delightful princess of wonderland.

A miracle to behold, a happiness unseen, so tiny and sweet,

a life cradled by god, still in your womb, yet loved so complete.

A priceless gift, like a harbinger of bliss, it'll come into your universe,

giving pleasure far more than you've desired, bestowing happiness, you can't reverse.
