I've wanted to be a ballerina since I was a little girl.
Lord make me a ballerina

Stand me up tall

Put ribbons in my hair

And keep grace with every fall

Lord make me a ballerina

Through the pain

And the tears

And the blood

Just make me a ballerina

I promise to be good.
