Death of a loved one sucks
ON REMEMBRANCE

I will tear at these scabs
Until I understand
I will cry to the heavens
For comfort and solace
I will growl and gnash my teeth towards hell
For the demons unleashed
I go forth naked
Before a populace of sheep
Begging for sight
Pleading for compassion
For brethren tormented
Shunned and locked out
I will beat bloodied fists
Against the stones of ignorance
I will wail and rant
For those without a voice
Those prisoners behind mind filled bars
Cast from warmth
No more to be forgotten or ignored
To be left to wither in the dark
