Forest Path

                      Walking slowly down the path

                      The sun dappling through the trees

                      Making speckles on the leaves.



                      Breathing deep the forest scent

                      Hearing all the wild life scurrying inside

                      Stirring all my senses,  bringing them alive.



                      Seeing all the colors,  opens wide my eyes

                      Alighting all the feelings

                      That are tucked deep down inside.



                      The beauty that I see and feel

                      Touches into my soul

                      Letting me know,  that I am still alive.
