My daughter went to the pet store.
Of Fluff and Claw

A squeal escaped her lungs
as she entered the pet store
Surrounded on all sides
by the denizens of cuteness
Deciding on one to hold
reaching down to flop ear fluff
Only to be greeted suddenly
with fear fueled retribution
With pouting lips she inspected
to see the long nails hidden
This no Python's joke
safe to say rabbits have claws
