“What, why didn’t you wake me up earlier, ‘now I don’t have enough time to get ready! ‘” I said as I was putting my clothes on. I ran down the stairs I put on my jacket and told my mother I was ready for school. We got in the car and were on our way, we didn’t say anything to each other and then she said-

“I have something to tell you, lobelia” she said frightened.

I turned to look at her “what is it?”

“We-e-ll, um I’m dating a guy!” she said quickly.

“Oh, well that’s what you were nervous about?” I said really calmly.

“That’s not all, uh this guy I’m telling you about his married and has to two kids-“I quickly interrupted her.

“WHAAT! You’re dating a guy who’s married and has two children, what is wrong with you?!” I said disappointedly.  I walked out of the car and close the door I couldn’t believe it. As I open the door to go in school, he was there, the most popular guy in school,

I said to me quietly “he is so cute!”

“Lobelia, you’re talking to yourself again, he will never notice you” Isabelle said as if it was impossible.I quickly turned to look at Isabelle she looked different than what she usually weared she would usually have different colors but now surprisingly she’s matching.  I noticed that she curled her hair and was wearing a red shirt that had white, and for pants she was wearing jeans and her favorite red boots.

“Well you look different today, why the change?” I asked while I was tying my shoe.

“What’s wrong with it, you don’t like it?” she turned to look at me sadly.
I got up from tying my shoe and I saw her sad face she probably thought I didn’t like it,

“Nothing is wrong with it, in fact I think it’s nice, anyways what are you doing this afternoon?”

“Nothing really I don’t have anything to do, hey can you maybe let me go to your house today?” she looked at me with her shiny hazel eyes.

“I don’t know I uh I-,” Isabelle interrupted me.

“I get it you don’t want me over at your house” she said while she started walking away sadly.

“It’s not that, it’s just that I got into an argument with my mother, but you can come” I said in a whispering voice.

Then I was the one to walk away sadly I didn’t want to talk about it. I started to walk to class, it was time to learn something, but I couldn’t stop thinking about what mother had told me, it surprised me, it made me furious, but yet I couldn’t believe she was dating other guys after dad died. I couldn’t understand why she always when out with friends or on dates, I was always at home alone I always made my own dinner, I always did my chores, but I yet she never paid any attention, RING! RING! the bell rang. I got up, and ran at the door.  As I ran out, I bumped into someone. I looked up to see who it was, it was him. he actually looked at me for the first time with his light blue eyes and then-
“Hey, your name is lobelia right?” he asked while he was helping me get up.
“Uh, yes and yours is Theo right?” I asked just because I didn’t know what else to say.
“Yeah, you didn’t know my name almost all of the girls know my name, well I’m sorry I got in your way” he said it in such a polite way.
“Oh, well next times you need to watch were your walking, okay!” I said it in such a rood way I felt bad.
“Ha-ha, I’m sorry, can you forgive me?” he said it in a happy way.
“I guess I can forgive you, wait don’t I have you next period?” I was wondering I never noticed until yesterday when he was wearing a bright yellow shirt.
“Yeah, wow you just notice, do you want to walk together?” he was in an excited mood.
“Sure, come on lets go before were late” I said as I was walking away with him.
We started walking to class and everyone started to stare. I was wondering, was it because he was walking with me? Or was it because they’ve never seen me before. We walked into the class room and I sat down I noticed that the seat next to me was always empty-
“Hey, can I sit next to you?” he said as he gazed into my eyes like if he was trying to figure me out.
“Yeah, since no one is sitting next to me” I said so comftorble. As the day I ended I noticed that I still had the same problem with my mom.
