A poem of my feelings of betrayal
I tend to put people on pedestals, when they leave me on the ground. I use to be a Queen until someone stole my crown. Betrayed by my Pharaoh and left for dead. For he was the one who order " Off with her head!"

Feeling drowned in Reality's illusion, delusion being my only sane conclusion, leading me to fear the nightmares, that threaten to be, a permanent part of my sanity.

Now deprivation haunts my sunken soul, and the betrayal is upon me. The masque of it's depair is thick, giving me a feeling of ice and cold. For that is my punishment for being so bold; for regalness is something that should not be sold.

I tend to put people on pedestals, when they leave me on the ground. I use to be a Queen, until someone stole my crown. Betrayed by my Pharaoh and left for dead, now I am the one that's  filled with dread.
