A plea for salvation turns to one of damnation. (Form: Villanelle)
         Bondage of slavery (both ways)

I beg of you, let me go!
Entreating yet, to a deaf ear
Cries so loud and none to know

Perceive me not as your foe
Release my heart 'fore it tear
I beg of you, let me go!

Find no pleasure in crimson flow
Garner no might from scented fear
Cries so loud and none to know

         Wilted dreams by fallen snow
Now so far, once so near
I beg of you, let me go!

         Karma triumphs, quid pro quo
         Conceding to its vengeful snare
Cries so loud and none to know

Forge ahead then, hasten the blow
         Bringing death upon its spear
I beg of you, let me go!
Cries so loud and none to know
