Poem about the pleasures of cooking out with Guinness brew and Porterhouse steaks.
Porterhouse and Guinness are guests for dinner
The steak is labeled prime and is sure to be a winner

The Guinness is my choice dry stout
To set the mood of chilling out

While the steak is set to sear
I drink my trusty Dublin beer

This timing is right, the steak grills to perfection
I beam with pride at this dinner selection

Aged brew from a pint mug fizzling
Hot off the grill, the Angus is sizzling
