I lost my angel April Morn at the age of thirteen

April Morn

On a morning in April she was born.
So her Mother named her April Morn.
She was beautiful with a full head of hair.
The birth of a big girl her Mother would bare.

At the age of three her hair was blonde.
With big eyes the color of the sky beyond.
When she reached the age of thirteen.
Her beauty had already made her a queen.

With a glowing smile all over her face.
You would love her charms and grace.
Then suddenly the Lord took her away.
She died near her fourteen birthday.

My heart was broken a part of me died too.
I couldn't understand why she left so soon.
For along time I suffered and cried.
With the memory of her was deep inside.

One night as I lay in bed thinking of her.
She appeared this angel out of nowhere.
With her sweet angel voice she told me.
She was with the Lords' angels you see.

I love you Mommy and I always will.
You know the Lord has done his will.
I began to accept the loss of April Morn.
When she came to me an angel of the Lord.
