Love Dejected

Late up at night, crashing from the last high,
Love is at it again, in the manic months
Of its bipolar disorder.
Love needs more, needs the drug,
The attention,
More affection,
But the months of depression in the disorder,
Times of sadness, or wallowing,
But Love survives, it perseveres.
