A sonnet depicting a lone Princess' wait for her Prince.
The sky’s golden ring smiled graciously down on earth:
Appreciating the faint marble chateau’s mirth,
Which was ascending through the poisonous flower.
O what astral beauty! The Princess’ Tower!

She lay sleeping or maybe singing silently-
Waiting with all her heart for the great Prince to come,
Away from misery’s myrrh to make her heart numb
A girl with love, with life, and not at all free-

The girl was just young but fate cares not if it’s fair
Resting pale and weak in young child’s most deepest prayer
She passed, unaware of this world, into deep sleep…

The Princes with their noble steeds arrived some day-
Laughing with joy and pulling the coppice away,
They found a little girl, stolen, her spirit seeped…
