The title speaks for itself.
Electrifying feeling of
Skin on skin
Oh! His strong
Embrace

But only
Loneliness remains,
Tears treading where
His fingers once traced

A lone drop escapes my face,
Running down my chest;
Its path untouched as it makes its way
To where my broken heart rests

In a marriage?
Yes, I once was,
But now I am a prisoner–
With a silver band and no love

He lay sleeping beside me now,
Unaware of how I feel;
Oh, how I wish I could wake him
To make love till I feel something real

This isn’t living;
What I’m doing is called ‘Rotting’
Because I’m stuck in a life
With all passion forgotten

I can’t get him to touch me,
Let alone look my way,
And getting him to talk to me
Is the highlight of my day

But once in a blue moon,
The Need in him awakens;
So I lay back, spread my legs…
And wait to be taken

Sometimes I think he regrets
The choices that he’s made–
Getting married to me,
Now a kid on the way

Our life is a web,
Sticky lies we’re both caught in;
We’re stuck in this marriage,
With a passion forgotten
