Poem Ten: Following the road.
Destination

One sun filled day,
Drove my sedan far away.
Left letters in my place,
I was gone. Erased.
Never to look back,
Never to leave tracks,
Unsure of where to stop,
Drove my sedan far away.

One downpour day,
Drove my sedan far away.
Roads turned dark,
Refused to park.
Grew hard to see clear,
T'was time to persevere.
Unsure of where I'd gone,
Drove my sedan far away.

One lonesome day,
Drove my sedan far away.
Saw faces in a cloud,
Thoughts rose loud.
Began to wonder
Whose spell I was under.
Unsure of what I'd done,
Drove my sedan far away.

A year turned by fast,
Destination. At last, at last!

But,
One crystallized day,
Drove the sedan the other way.
