a poem about teenage love
with one last look, and one last tear,
i turned and tried to leave.
but things are just as i feared,
you mean so much to me.
my feet feel like concrete
and my heart is racing fast.
for you still make me complete,
and you wont be left in the past.
for all the pain you put me through,
and all the tears i have cried.
can we start anew?
because now those tears have dryed.
every rose has its thorns
and from now on i've been warned
no matter what happens,
even if my mind changes,
that decision will be flattened
its my heart that makes arrangements.
