Regret.

Irretrievable.

‘You created your adversity.

Diversity of circumstances.

Be present. Be Now.’

How?

‘Ask,’ said the Light.

‘Bask in your faith.

Believe ... in yourself.

Receive.’

So I drank in the Light

From fore to aft

Learned to Thank

And be grateful

At last.

I saw Now.
