This is a poem about the loving someone and how they affect you emotionally; physically.
I lay down next to you
Blackened, dark room
World outside far from view
I feel you near
Your fire speaks clear
I know it's you
No obligatory phonation
Blindness surrounds orientation
Yet knowledge abounds
Whether you're tired, wired, or desire bound
Every night, my fire is lit
it takes every moment submit
Whether your perfect hands grasp ahold
or desire simmers down as time folds
I know that soon, I will be ravenous again
you will quench my famished brand
Our love will unite in a choirs burst
then the quiet will hem in
as love lingers upon skin
your kiss my gently upon my face
no lyrics seek any trace
though, sometimes there are tears
never sorrow, only release
only love reigning untamed
