It is a Time

It is a time when we come to the end of one cycle and the start of another, when one chapter ends and another begins

It is a time of renewal as the sun dies in the cold of winter to be reborn at the first light of dawn with the promise of spring’s warm embrace.

It is a time to embrace and celebrate all that lives and all that it means to be alive the sorrow, the joy, the mundane, the sublime.

It is a time to come together and share our light with each other as we recognize and cherish the light that dwells within all things, including ourselves.

It is a time to share that of ourselves that transcends the harsh realities of existence and the sorrows of the world, our generosity, our kindness, our laughter, our compassion, our love.

It is a time to remember that all things are connected and we are every one of us a part of all that is, all that was, all that ever will be.
