Frustrations of a mom
Taking on Parenthood

My girls drive me crazy.
They push my buttons.
They keep me fighting for head of household.
They want everything.
Both will whine.
Both will pick at each other.
I constantly run after them.
I feel overwhelmed, and ready to quit.
But then.
They smile, and my heart melts.
They give me hugs, and I feel joy.
Each little kiss confirms I’m mommy.
And when they sleep, I see angels.
They are my life.
My gifts from heaven.
They are mine to hold and raise.
I’m up for the challenge.
