An emotional poem
Days turn cold
No matter the season
Heart beats hollow
I feel nothing but pain
Yet feel nothing at the same time
Months pass before long it's been years
Time slipped through my fingers
Left me in the past
To figure my own way
My own path
To the future
To my present
Confusion racks my brain
Leaves my soul cloudy;
Angry
I fight for survival
I fight for my future
I'll meet you there
Ready for battle and blessings.
