Late night musings
I feel cranky, and I don’t know why,
My life is this happy speeding bullet train,
But I’m still left with this feeling, like there’s peanut butter on the tracks.
I should be shining like a diamond
But there’s this nagging,
Nagging,
In my mind, like I’ve forgotten about an important bill,
And if I don’t get to it, I will end up making a late payment.
Will I be late? am I  late already?
Who gets to decide?
Is it me?
Is it all?
I guess I’ll only know, when I get up from the fall.
Because many of us don’t know we’ve taken a miss step.
Until we trip.
