Please help me improve my usage of punctuation. I would very much like to improve. Thanks.
Cuts deeper than Love can
breathe into
Shame peers into my heart
upon thy look to my inkblotted
soul.
Yearn for you yet cannot allow
My own blemish to soot your
fresh snowfall and crisp air.
Hear but listen not beyond my
words
How I ache to totally submerse
myself
In your arms that have held me
in my crying nightmares and
memories alike.
Those which have accepted what
I cannot let go.
You are the eagle by which the
broken winged swallow flies
And, desperate as she may,
Cannot keep up in the blistering
winds of stubborn mindset.
Wait not for me and my
weakness.
Wait not and listen not to my
outcries of withered energy and
pitfalls.
My only wish is to see you rise
to meet the sun
While I may fall into deep
slumber in purgatory.
