Its unfolding petals suggest the expansion of the soul.
Lotus

A new day
is forming.
A brilliant awakening
of a spirit.
Fated expansion
of a soul.
See the blossoming
lotus in the night.
Unspoken, seeking
a silent observer.
It’s essence
of undeniable beauty
formless in shape.
It’s message
whispered softly,
but firmly.
Listen closely.
