Poem about the fall
The wind has gotten a little colder
A new range of colors comes out play
As the year grows a little older
Orange, yellow and red fills up the day

Raindrops gently kisses your face
As the wind invites to another dance
You meet again for days and days
Such a perfect post-summer romance

The darkness brings a lot of candlelight
Surrounds you while you’re under the cover
As the day so early goes on to night
Embrace the time with your late year lover

Soon it will be Winter’s time to shine
Enjoy this now before it’s too late
So have another cup of hot tea or glass of wine
And accept the Fall’s offer of a lovely long date
