About self-harm
The blood.
You watch as it trickles down,
Down your arm and onto the floor.
You just don't care anymore.
You slice yourself open,
Little by little,
Just to watch your blood trickle
And pool at your feet.
Nobody's there to stop you.
Nobody's there to care.
You silently watch,
In horror and torment,
As the blood seeps through your fingers.
Your time of death,
Your mind slowly deciphers.
Nobody will notice.
Nobody will care.
Your soul won't go anywhere.
You slowly get dizzy,
Then all at once.
You see that you cut deep enough.
"Finally," you say. "Today is the day."
Slowly you collapse,
And as you do.
You fall into it.
Into all of it.
So much of it...
The blood.
