A homeless girl.
Shannon woke up. It was so cold. She had sweat pants on under jeans and a big pull-over Tennessee hoody over a long sleeved shirt she'd found at the thrift store the other day. She also had pretty red gloves she'd found at the same place. She was hungry and she'd love a hot cup of coffee. Just now she could go just down the street where they offered meals three times a day and hot cup of coffee all day long. She had run away six months ago when her dad died. Every night she dreamed of him.
