A third POV providing an analysis on a girl with depression.
A thousand miles away, wrapped in thoughts
her mind is, even when she’s here.
Her heart was never there though,
not where it was supposed to be, no.
All the pain drowned it away to oblivion.

And dry tears’ stains cover her cheeks,
she’s tried and tried but she’ll never be happy again.
And she feels herself fading away,
into the background more and more everyday.

Soon she’ll be just another memory,
her fake clownish curves an ironic remnant,
of all that she pretended to be but never was.

Her attempts were all in vain,
the glimmer in her eyes lost forever.
Sadness engulfs her like a bear hug;
darkness takes her hope away.

And she wonders everyday if all of this will ever stop,
the constant tears she sheds.
She wonders will they ever run out,
will she ever be happy again?
