It's a story about a type of lifeform being responsible of universal extinction.
Every night I looked to the stars
Imagining other lifeforms and new friends,
But the next night never came
Because I saw no stars.

I heard loud noises and cries of pain
For my planet was a star
And everything turned dark and cold with the smell of fresh blood.

For my world has a secret,
Where no one else knows.
Our bodies rely on light and darkness
An equal balance of good and evil.

When one goes out,
We transform into gods dressed in white
Or monsters covered with the night.

The stars were our hope,
Our guide out of fear
But whoever was to blame will soon be dead
For my race have supernatural skills
Too powerful for anyone to stop.

So I say to you now
There is no hope.
You can try all your might to just survive
But in the end, we will come for you.

We can't control ourselves
Our hands are stained with blood
Our eyes have turned black
Possessed by our dark side.

Here we come,
With our fangs and claws exposed
Civilizations will be lost
And universal extinction has begun
With the help of the day the stars went out.
