Thinking and reflecting on the unknown parts of life
2/26/14

“Elsewhere”

My mind drifts into a sleepless fog

As I think about the faces I will never get to remember

The shallow breaths I take echo for the voices that are not heard

Someone across the vast waves of life, is crying tears of rain

Yet the flaming light of sun is a bulb of luck for others

But the moon glitters faintly with hope

As the stars sink slowly into the depths of memories

The world watches as the black night swallows the saturated glow

Just to blink and find the beams of a new day start to dawn
