The middle of the day
Mid day makers are loud and noisey....people just getting off and ready to turn down or turn up....either way....the wind is not blowing through the trees....the only wind is when fast cars come racing by....not saying that mid day makers aren't important.....cause its cooler and noisery.....but its ok....i get to see a race every now and them.....ummmm
