What the title says man.
I am in a world full of strangers
Who can't even remember my name
I am well aware of all the dangers
Of the loneliness that came

I try to scream, I try to run
Yet I make no sound or movements
The loneliness is having its fun
By attacking at my darkest moments

I miss my friends and all their flaws
So why don't I just call them
I pick up the phone and my courage falls
For I am no more like them

Who am I to ruin their good moods
They must be having a great time
My sorrow is only an excuse that includes
The loneliness I can't leave behind

I want to cry but I don't waste a tear
For I will not lower myself to self pity
So here I sit in utmost fear
For I'm all alone in a city

I'm surrounded by strangers who do not care
for my suffering that's taken over
I'm lonely but I do not dare
Allow others to help me recover

For that is what loneliness entails
To be one, and only one
So here I'll stay, masking my hatred with veils
Completely, and utterly alone
