Babbling about laziness, I think..
                                                            STUMP

To live everyday as a blob, a lump or bump say,

On a log or in a bed, as if already dead

Oh look! Over thereā€š lies a stump, a mere hump

No sign now of how Tall it grew

or how numerous the leaves

So many limbs, reaching for the sky

A guy said Hi and then, well....

I got a speck in my eye

heard there was PIE up there

somewhere

Modifications may be necessary,

a little cut here, Trim around that spot

oh and then would you just cut off a few?

What could I do? I wanted it too...

Never imagined I would

End up

a STUMP, this LUMP, a BUMP
