Before I Die
I took you lightly,

I gave my heart to a lover who shouldn't have had it

Thinking it wasn't much,

Thinking the one i fell for was enough,

Thinking in all odds picking me would be at the end of this tunnel i've been walking in,

Then i saw a different glow,

A star beyond my wondering eyes

Further than the moon could go

Brighter than the sun itself

A Star so beautiful i wanted it all to myself

It glows beyond my wildest dream

And i shall fight to have it for myself

To care and to hold,

To sing and to dance with,

To see it grow in being the best it can be,

As i get closer i say,

Dear star of mine,

Take my hand and let me guide you beyond the galaxies,

To the paradise beyond your own dreams,

Take my hand and let me show you love,

Beyond this big bad world you see,

Take my hand and let me give you the care that you need,

A care you thought never true, never pure,

Take me and be mine?

Let me take care of you before i die,

Before this world takes me to the next

Before the sun is no more,

Before the moon is gone.

Be mine Dear star?

Shine brighter for me and show the world,

The beauty that has been hidden for way too long,

Let the drums of love beat upon your arrival,

Be mine dear star?

Let me love you,

Let me listen to the tears, the smiles and the laughs,

I know i don't deserve the brightest star in the sky,

I know i may not be perfect,

Or even be enough,

But i know that i will love you right for a long time,

Be mine Dear star?

Let me love you like no one has ever loved you.

Let me care and hold you like no one ever has,

So Dear star,

Well you be mine?

For as long as forever may be,

I promise you i shall fight until there is nothing left to fight for.

Dear star will you be mine?
