Just a brief poem on what depression does to you.
DEPRESSION

Depression is like a misty fog, it rolls in slowly swallowing everything in sight.
It creeps in on you like the darkness, it is making you lost and disoriented.
Tired, so tired it makes you.
Your bed becomes you're real home, the blankets are the only thing comfort you have.
It's the only thing that keeps you warm when your so ice cold.
