Personally, I don't much like to comment on my work. Really, I'm just playing with words.
In my lethargy she danced
As sand and dusk and dark
That crumbles. Now the echo
Of a time.

She was a sick and frail whisper,
A response to my repose
Now casting shadows. Two wraiths
To tango, tango in the dark.

But in my dream a silence follows
That which lingers, that which wallows
By the roses. For she grieved by
Grave and stone, the angel's
Casting shadow.

Cast upon my valentine,
A kiss to douse the fire
That left ashes in my eyes.
Two loves to cry, two dancing
Shadows.

Two withered roses lost in lies.
A memory to respire, aspired
By the echoes. Two wraiths
Return as fire, now shades
Upon the ground.
