One man contemplating life, struggling to find his way.
This world grows ever so darker with each day.

The people sink farther into Darkness.

Once bright lights reduced to small flickering shimmers, now flicker as memories of a time that was.

They say time is short but life is long, long enough to be full of possibilities.

Funny how misguided we all are, running around with hope and dreams, soldiering on only to settle for what could have been with what is.

I pray for such guidance to overcome my obstacles, to reach my higher goal.

I'll admit I have strayed far from my chosen path, it saddens me, but when I reach my goal I'll find my forgiveness.I will succeed, to better me, and this dark world.

For I am nothing more than the necessary evil of which this world so desperately clings too.
