A prisoner is yearning for forgiveness and freedom
Just beyond the chain link fence,
there lies liberation.
Here, behind the patterned cage,
lies my very soul and freedom.
Just beyond the chain link fence,
I take flight once more.
Here, bottled inside this pen of desperation,
my wings are bound, ball and chain.
I pray for forgiveness and hope to atone for my cruel, misguided, violent, ambitions.
When Im free, beyond the chain link fence.
