Even when you have suffered setbacks. This is how I feel sometimes. Don't expect rhymes.
Keep moving forward,
while you are bleeding out.
Keep moving forward,
for those you left behind.

Keep moving forward,
when you want to lay down.
Keep moving forward,
to return to your home.

You may have seen Death,
Destruction and Atrocities.
But keep moving forward,
while thinking of your family.

Your bones may be broken,
you may be bleeding out,
your mind may feel fuzzy,
you may be on your last legs,
but still,keep moving forward,
to return to those you love.
