Brain spinning
Mind numb
Pain is a prison
Please let me out of my cell.

Mansions can't compare
My mind is a castle
Too big, too barred
To ever call a home

I hide, I live,
I die
In my castle
Built of lies and promises

I'm lost
It kills me
Hold me
Please hold on to me

Keep me from hurting
From dying
From scarring
From crying

Help me.
