A life preserved
You walk
Where there is none to walk
And talk
Where silence makes a void.
You are,
Yet no longer exist
Within this frame.
Though you have
ceased to be,
Some part of you
lives on
In celluloid eternity.
You smile
And reach across the years.
Your eyes
Gaze out from scenes long past.
You look,
Yet have no eyes
to see.
Within this frame,
You are.
