My family does not and will never know the true me.
Who are these strangers
I call family
They don't know me
And I don't know them
Anymore than all the people
I have never met.
We are bound by blood
But we are strangers
Living under one roof.
They don't know me
And I don't know them
Anymore than all the people
I have never met.
If I don't know me
Then I don't know anyone
We are all just strangers,
Wanderers
And all we want is to be heard
To be understood.
And a little
Less
Strange.
