My favorite place in Michigan woods.

“Faerie’s Circle”
Golden and Ruby,
Ultramarine and Thistle,
Appear, before smiling eyes;
Hues of every paint caress
Spirits pursue every movement
Blue-Grey needles protect the boundary
The burnt orange rays
Aloft spill over the sky blue
Salmon abounds, with silvery atop
Far and wide, softness abides.
Shades of green throughout, except
Where, the Faeries follow.
Beige hollows divulge safety
Greenish black pockets, allow escape
A scattering of leaves
Sounds of skittering
Peaceful wanderings of day dreamers
In a Faerie’s Circle
