The idea is God is supposed to save everyone, but he only saved those that praised him.
God Will Save Us All

Crime awakens in the city
Shots are fired
Knives slash through skin
A believer preaches that,
“God will save us all”
An atheist bleeds and cries for help
The believer listens and tells the atheist that he,
“should have prayed while he had the chance”,
but now the atheist
“will go to Hell where he belongs”
“God will save us all”
