About a little girl and a snowflake
Once there was a little girl she was about three years old she didn't like the cold, but what she did like was the snowflakes.

Whenever it was snowing outside she would be all excited and want to go out. Her mamma would dress her up nice and warm

and watch her while her little girl would go out and play. She loved to twirl around and stick out her tongue and watch the snow-

flakes melt on her tongue. Her mamma would watch fascinated and in silence with her little girl. The little girl loved the snowflakes

so much she wanted to stay around them for hours. She would twirl around and around like a spinning top with her tongue

sticking out to catch the snowflakes. Her mamma and the little girl would also make snow angels in the snow, at time the

little girl wished the angels would be real and show her their angel wings in flight. The little girl could only imagine it in her own

mind's eye. The mamma loved the little girl show much she would make snow angels with her and watch the snow flakes come

down swirling around them. Even the mamma would stick out her tongue and watch the snowflakes melt it tickled her and the two of

them would laugh jovially. They would laugh and giggle together having their own fun and being in their own little world where

it was only the two of them. The little girl now a young lady still remembers that to this day and smiles at the picture she has

on her T.V. mantel with a smile and a tear in her eyes she looked out the window and saw the snow. On impulse she opened the

door and stuck out her tongue she could see her mamma in her mind's eye now gone.

"I know your out there mamma, because I know your here in my heart." She whispered to the wind and before she knew it

a swirl of snowflakes swirled about. The young girl knew it was a sign from her mamma that she was alright and watching over

her. The young girl went inside and felt a warmth of peace flood through her she knew that there would be another snowfall,

more snowflakes, snow angels, and when she thought of them she thought of her mamma. Which is how she knew her mamma

was always with her in spirit.
