Prisoner

Found your message a in bottle
Came in with the wind
Words written long ago
A captive without sin

In some way I felt your sorrow
Your words pulled at my heart
They sparked a hasty moment
And my journey did I depart

It was difficult to find you
Hardships came my way
Many times I felt like quitting
But my quest I would not betray

Then in a moment
It all abruptly came true
I fought and won the battle
And finally I rescued you
