The inner thoughts of a highschooler at 2am before his exam
Im here awake at dawn
Looking at the hour
Feels like im going crazy
My tears taste so sour

Why am i still awake
Thinking of the grades
In the end, what am i gonna take
Just a degree and a handshake

Im going to sleep
I didnt finish studying
Im falling too deep
And my studies are dying

Life isnt fair
I study hard but when are the results
I see my report and glare
It feels as if grades are insults

I'll sleep and let it go
I'll try harder tomorrow
I'll forget and let it blow
My grades will erase the dawn
