Feelings of a relationship that is hopelessly gone
Death of a Marriage

I don't cry on the outside anymore

I just go in the room and close the door

Things are not like they were before

He used to be a person I could adore

Now dreams are nightmares

No one cares

Words have fallen to the floor

Gasping for air

They look to me for meaning

And I feel like I'm dreaming

Waiting to be awakened

But, too much time has been taken..

..Away.
