DESINGING MY PORTFOLIO
#2112620 by Mary Ann MCPhedran
remove to folder
She walks the street
wearing an old white coat,
and worn down shoes
Delivering the papers
for her customers
to read the news.
'Granny I have to meet poor old Kate,
and I'm going to be late.'
'Why is Kate fussing around you,
and she's not poor, she has a few bob
,and owns houses too.
'it's a nice day,
you should be going out to play.'
But I wasn't listening and zoomed out the gate
Going to meet rich old Kate.

Note - words a few bob means she has money.
an extract from my early years as a child.
